Provenance notice

Oleksandr Bilyk authored the F# implementation in this snapshot and published the original repository under the included MIT license.

The project was developed while studying Tariq Rashid’s book Make Your Own Neural Network and by refactoring concepts from its Python reference implementation. The official book-code repository is published under GPL-2.0.

The Python reference file from the original repository is intentionally excluded from this blog snapshot. This notice records provenance and attribution; it is not a legal conclusion about derivative-work licensing.
